OUR FULL RETAINED SEARCH service offers our clients a solution to their most important hiring tasks. Seinor level executive searches are successfully completed with our retained search option, these roles are so critical to an organization’s prosperity that they require additional measures to ensure a successful placement. These may include but are not limited to, executive advisory panels, advanced interviewing and analysis, in depth background and reference checks, psychological/intelligence testing or job fit analysis...etc. Also, in some situations where time is of the essence, where there is an immediate necessity which requires a search to be handled expeditiously, we can deliver senior level executive talent quickly and effectively. Finally, our services can be retained for searches which are extraordinarily sensitive in nature, and require a heightened level of tactfulness and discretion.
CONTAINED EXECUTIVE SEARCH is our unique approach to Executive Selection and Executive Talent Acquisition services. As its name suggests, it is a hybrid solution employing the best practices of the two basic categories of executive search, contingency and retained. More so, the concept of a Contained Executive Search is uniquely desirable in that it offers our clients both cost containment and risk containment with greater quality assurance and minimized exposure.
THE BASIC TERMS OF OUR CONTAINED EXECUTIVE SEARCH AGREEMENT are the Client Company (“Client”) will agree to grant KMD Management Solutions (“KMDMS”) exclusive right to third party candidate submission for a specific search assignment. In return “KMDMS” will provide the best possible services to “Client”, utilizing all available resources in its attempt to complete the search assignment in a professional and timely manner. “KMDMS” will agree to provide its services to “Client” with a minimal initial retainer leaving all or most of the fees contingent upon successful completion of search assignment (i.e. Hiring of Candidate). “Client” and “KMDMS” agree on all additional terms and conditions included in search agreement.

Also, it ensures the use of “Best Practices” with respect to recruitment and placement as well as limiting over exposure.
