Kevin Michael Darter

Kevin has been helping organizations identify and acquire the best in human capital since 1994. While still finishing high school he began working as an executive recruiter and researcher for People Management Inc.; a retained executive search, assessment, and job fit consulting company. People Management provided retained executive search and selection services for many of the nation's premier organizations; successfully handling over 900 key leadership searches. His relationship with People Management continued more than nine years working as a researcher, executive recruiter, and as a search consultant. During this time, he gained invaluable experience and refined judgment, having worked on a diverse assortment of search assignments for placements at the highest levels. Throughout this time Kevin's role at People Management expanded significantly, as did his knowledge of the executive search industry and his ability to understand and respond to his client's needs. In addition to People Management, he has worked as Financial Services Division Manager, of a prominent Madison Avenue consulting firm. In 2007 Kevin formed his own executive search and management consulting firm KMD Management Solutions.
He specializes in the areas of; Investor Relations, Financial Communications, Corporate Communications, Financial Officers, Senior Corporate Finance Executives, Capital Markets, Asset Managers, Equity Research Analysts, Government Relations, Public affairs, and BD & Licensing Executives.
